Mail Back Original Order

Use the supplied return shipping label that will be emailed to you and send the original order back to us.

Select Your Exchange

You will receive store credit once your return is shipped back to us. Then you can place a new order for your desired pair of Birdies!

Common Questions

What information will I need to proceed?

The gift receiver is asked to verify the order number (in the enclosed packaging) and delivery address zip code. You are then presented with a screen where the gifted items are displayed and you’re asked to provide the cause of return.

Will the gift giver know that it has been exchanged?

The gift giver does not receive any notifications around this process whatsoever. The gift giver will only know about the exchange if the gift receiver volunteers to tell them.

What if I decide to spend more then the store credit amount?

Purchases exceeding the gift exchange amount are paid for with the store's normal check-out methods.

How does store credit work?

Once the original order is returned to us, a unique digital gift card code will be sent to the specified email. You can then use this code to purchase your desired pair of Birdies.

How much time do I get to return the items?

You have 14 days from the time you receive the label to mail them back to us.
